Today when the matter is taken up for hearing' Mr.J. Prabhakar, Iearned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 27.O3.2O25, petitioner has deposited 25o/o of the determined amountandnowthepetitionerisreadytopayremaining25ok of the amount to pursue the E'P'F'Appeal No'7 of 2023 ' Learned senior counsel would further pray this court to direct respondent Nos.1 and 2 to restore the E'P'F'Appeal No'7 of 2O23 pursuant to the payment of remain tng 25ok of the balance amount. \ \ 2
3. The said submission of learned senior counsel has not been disputed by Mr.Ravish Kedia, learned stalCing counsei for EPFO appearing on behalf of respondent Nos. I and 2, however, u,ould pray that some time limit may be prescribed for payment of remaining 25ok of the amount

Recording the submissions of learned counsel on either side, this writ petition 1S disposed of with a direction to respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to restore the E.P.F.Appeal No.7 of 2023 subject to petitioner depositing remaining 25ok of tb.e amount \.r,ithin a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till such time, respondent Nos.3 to 5 are directed to permit the petitioner to operate the account and there shall not be any divergence of funds.
