THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR W.P.No. 8O27 of 2o25 ORD ER: Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government pleader for Home appearing fo. .espondent Nos.1 to 3, and with the consent of the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties, the writ petition is taken up for hearing and disposal at admission stage.

Having regard to the nature ol ljs involved in the Writ Petition ald the manner of disposal, this Court is of the view that notice to unofficial respondent No.4 is not necessary for adjudication of the present Writ petition 3 Shorn of unnecessary details, the case of the petitioners, in they have approached ttte 2nd and 3rd brief, is that though respondents-authorities and submitted a complaint/ representation, dt.26.O2.2O25 on 22.O2.2O25, against the Station House Officer and Sub-Inspector of police, Malakpet, no action is being taken against the aforesaid authorities, who are pressurizing and threatening the petitioners herein to settle the civil disputes, failing which they will be implicated in false crimina,l cases. 4. Petitioners further contend that in spite of they making specific complaint against the Station House Oflicer and Sub_ I I I ' i I l I I I 2 Inspector of Police, Maiakpet' no action is taken' more particularly' with regard to the invoivement of the said authorities in the civil disputes.

5. Per contra,learned Government Pleader for Home appearlng for respondent Nos'l to 3 has placed before this Court' written instructions, 20 'O3 '2025 ' under the signature of the 3'd respondent. By the written instructions' it is stated that the 4fr respondent had lodged a complaint on 02 'Ol '2025 at 0700 hours against the petitioners herein' claiming that taking advantage of his absence in India' the 1st petitioner herein has lbrged the signatures oi his late mother and is claiming the property admeasuring 304 Sq' Yards' which was divided equally between him and,1r" 1st petitioner; that the 4& respondent' on returning to India, also found that a1l the valuables in the house are missing and on being questioned' the 1st petitioner and his wife' the 2"d petitioner, have abused and threatened the 4th respondent; and thus he sought for taking action against the petitioners herein' 6. By the written instructions it is further stated that the concerned police authorities of Malakpet on receiving the aforesaid complaint have made a GD entry and registere d' a case uide Cr.No.3/2025 ort 02 'Ol '2025 against the petitioners herein under the Provisions of Sections 42O ,46a,471,5O6 and 427 oflPC' 3 7 . It is further stated by the written instructions that on the petitioners herein approaching the respondents_authorities and submitting a complaint, dt.26.O2.2O25 on 22.O2,2025, the matter was got enquired into by an ACp, who on going through the record found that the authorities are conducting investigation into the complaint lodged by the 4rr respondent, against whom the allegations in the present Writ Petition; and that the petitioners by the aforesaid representation had made compraint onry to prevent the authorities from conducting investigation into the crime registered against them. petitioners herein have made

By stating as above, learned Government pleader appearing on behalf of respondents has placed before this Courl a copy of the complaint made by the unofficial respondent against the petitioners herein along with a copy of the FIR uide Cr.No.3 /2025 registered against them. 9 I have taken note of the respective submissions made.

Having regard to the submissions made as above, and since, the respondents-authorities have registered a case uide Cr.No.3/2025 against the petitioners based on the complaint made by the 4th respondent, this Court is of the view that the respondents-authorities are to be directed to conduct investigation I , \ I 4 and take necessary action in the aforesaid crime registered' strictly in accordance with law' Subject to the above direction' the Writ Petition is disposed
