Heard Ms.Nikita Goenka, Iearned counsel lor the petitioner; learned Government Pleader for Enerry for respondent No 1; Sri N.Sreedhar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Telangana State Southern Power Distribution Company Limited, for respondent Nos.2 to 5; and Sri G.Madhusudhan Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, for respondent No.6.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the subject matter of this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.5540 of 2025, dated 25.02.2O25, and requested I / 2 PK.J Wp 7919-2025 r- this Court to pass similar order in the present Writ Petition also' The same :.s not seriously disputed by the learned (iovernment Pleader as rvell as learned Standing Counsel for the resp'ondents'
