Counsel for the Petitioner : M/s MOGILI ANAVENI Counsel for the Respondent Nos.1 to 4 : GP FOR LAND ACQUISITION The Court made the following ORDER :=.*t- HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE N.V.SHRAVAN KUMAR Writ Petitio n No,7 9Oa of2025 ORDER: This writ petition is filed to declare the action of iespondent Nos.2 to 6 in trying to dispossess the petitioner from his open plot No. I to an extent of 74 sq.yds., and plot No.2 to an extent of 77 sq.yds., totalling to an extent of 151 sq.yds., in Sy.No.41 at Thippapur Village, Vemulawada Mandal, Rajanna Sircilla District (subject property) without following due process of law and without paying the compensation under the iand acquisition uide Proc.No.Gt/g4/2022 dated OS. lt.2024 for the purpose of construction of Hi_Level Bridge on Moolavagu, between Vemulawada town and Thippapur Village as illegal and arbitrary.

The facts of the case in brief are that petitioner claims to be owner and possessor o[ the subject property purchased uide registered sale deed Doc.No.4O/1996 and thereafter, released deed was also executed in favour of the said lands urde Registered Release Deed No. 12g/2005. It is further submitted issued notihcation in Proc.No.Gl /84 /2022 dated O5.1t.2024 tor the purpose of land acquisition for the construction of Hi_Level Bridge on respondent No.3 i 2 -- ''= 1 Moclavagu, betq.een Vemulau,ada town and Th ppapur Village and include I the petitioner,s property in the srrid notihcation without an1. notice and without following duc process of law. Recorrling the submissions of learned counsel on either side and sincr it rs admitted by Revenue Divisional Officer, Vemulawada tlrat petitioner is eligible lor comper sation, this ,vrit petition is disposed of directing respondent alrtrhorities to :">+t<'rd l consider the case of the petitioner for payment of compensation as per LARR Act, 2013 as acceded to by the Revenue Divisional Ofhcer, Vemulawada and pass appropriate orders in accordance to law
