VINOD KUMAR W.P.No.7935 of 2o25 ORDER Heard learned counsel for the pel.itioncrs, learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent l\os.1 to 5, and with the. consent of the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties, the writ petition is taken u1t for hearing and disposal at admission stage.

2. Having regard to the nature of lls invc,lved in the Writ Petition and the manner of disposal, this Court rs of lhe vierr* that notice to uncfficial respondent Nos.6 to 20 is not necr:ssary lbr adjudication c,f the present Writ petition.

Shorn of unnecessary details, the case of the petitioners, in brief, is that respondents No.3 to 5 are interfering in the civil disputes existing between the petitioners and the unofficial respondents in relation to the agricultural land a-dmeasnring Acre 0 1 . 18 guntas situated in survey No.339 of Clhelimill Village, Pebbair Mandal, which are sub judice before the competonL Court of Civil jurisdi,:tion, and coercing the petitioners to sct[le. the said civil disputes, thereby interfering with the personal life arrd liberty of the pe[itior-re rs, u.hich action it is contended as highly rlLegal and arbitrary. 2

Per contra, iearned Government pleader for Home appearing on behalf of official respondents would submit that the 7n respondent herein had made a complaint against the petitioners herein on O4.O3.2O25, and basing on the said complaint, the authorities have made a GD entry and took up preLminary enquiry into the contents of the aforesaid complaint.

5. Learned Government Pleader would further submit that except for the purpose of causing preliminary enquiry into the contents of the complaint made by the 7th respondent herein, the respondents-authorities are not involving themselves in the civil disputes.

6. The aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Pleader for Home appearing on behalf of official respondents is taken on record.

Having regard to the submissions made as above, and since, it is stated that the 7tr' respondent having lodged a complaint against the petitioners herein on O4.O3.2O25, this Court is of the view that the respondents-authorities are to be directed to cause enquiry/ investigation into the aforesaid complaint made by the 7th respondent, strictly in accordance with law. -/ 8 Subject to the above direction, the Writ petition is <lisposed of No order as to costs 9 .
