This writ petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not initiating and completing enquiry in FIR No.1924 of 2003 as illegal and arbitrary. A counter has been filed stating that the enquiry has been completed and final report has also been filed treating the complaint as civil in nature vide SR.No.4054/05, dated 02-09-2005. If that be so, I am of the opinion that no orders are required to be passed in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
