This is an appeat fited by the Ctaimants/ Petitioners aggrieved by the Order passed in M.V.O.P. No.98 of 2021 by the Principat District Judge, Karimnagar. Sri Mohammed Abdut Shabbeer, Senior Manager-Legal Ctaims for the Respondents Nos.2 & 3-lnsurance Company has appeared before the Lok Adatat and represented that the Appettants/ Petitioners have appeared before the Distri.t Legal Services Authority, Karimnagar. It is reported by the Respondents Nos.2 & 3 -lnsurance Company that during the pendency of this Appeal, both the parties have mutually entered into a setttement. As per the setttement, the Appettants/ Petitioners / C [ar mants have agreed to receive an amount of Rs.4,50,000/- (Rupees Four takhs fifty thousand only) towards futt and final setttement of their ctaim in addition to the amount atready deposited and the Insurance Company has agreed to pay the same towards fu[[ and final setttement of the ctaim. Accordingty, compromise is recorded and the Award is passed before the Lok Adatat. ln view of the above said setttement, the tnsurance Company has agreed to deposit the above said amount within a period of six (6) weeks irom the date of receipt of copy of this Award, after deducting the amount that was deposited, if any. ln the event of defautt or detay in making such deposit, the Appe[tants/ Petitioners/Ctaimants are entitted to ctaim interest as awarded by the Tribunal. I Apportionment of Compensation, if any The apportionment between the Appettant/ Petitioner/Claimant Nos.1 and 2 shatl be made as per the apportionment determined by the Tribunat in M.V.O.P.No.98 of 2021 . 1. The Appettants/ Petitioners are entitled to the refund of Court Fee paid in this case. 2. The amount atready deposited by the lnsurance Company, if any, shatt be given credit to.
