2. Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners; Sri L. Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents and with their consent this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

It is stated that the petitioners are the owners and possessors of agricultural land admeasuring Ac.0.025 guntas in Sy.No.57/2 and Ac.O4.OO guntas in Sy.No.56/AA/ 1 in total admeasuring Ac.O4.25 guntas situated Potharam Village, Manoharabad Mandal, Medak DistfiEf,-having purchased the same under registered sale 2 deed bcarine document Nos.622 and 623 of 2023, dated

18.06.2023 rc spcctivel1'. It is further stated tha. thc petitioners vendors:rnd p rr:deccssors-in-interest were the absclute owners and possessors o1' the said lands, and after verif-tcaticn of their title deeds and ertries in the revenue records, the petitioners have purchased tl-rc said lands and the names of the pt:titioners are also recorded in tht: rcvenue records as per the provisions of the Telangana Rigl-rts in Land and Pattadar Passbool<s Act, 2020 (for short 'the Act, 2O2O'1.

Learned c:ounscl for the petitioners subnritted that the petitioners havc submitted applications for conversi,rn of said lands from agricultur e to non-agriculture purpose under the provisions of the Teiangana Agricultural Land (Conversion for lrlon-Agricultural Purposes) Act. 2OO6, (for short Act, 2006') by cornplying all the requirements and slot was booked on 04.1O.2024 and O5.IO.2O24 for which re( llrired fee has a.lso been paii uide Challan Nos.NPM24OO l 01935 and NPM24O01O1940, ancl in spite of receiving 1.1-rc s rid applications, no action has bet:n taken by the respondents o:r the said applications submitted by petitioners for conversion of said lands from agriculture to non-agriculture purpose. 3

In view of the above, since it is stated that the petitioners have submitted applications for conversion of the said lands from agriculture purpose to non-agriculture purpose by fulfilling all the requirements, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition directing respondent No.4-the Tahsildar to examine the applications dated O3.1O.2O24 submitted by the petitioners. If the applications submitted by the petitioners fulfill all the requirements, consider their case for conversion of the said lands, and if they are otherwise not eligible , pass a reasoned order within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the pelitioners.

6. With the above observations, this writ petition is disposed of No order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. //TRUE COPY// SD/.T.
