4. kamed fusistant Govemment Pleader for Home submits that Crime No.118 of 2012, registered for the offences punishabie under Sectiors 498-,4. and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, as well as z Sections 3 and + of the Dowry Prohibition Act, .v115 taken on the file of the leamed I Additional Judicial Fint (llass Magistrate, 'Warangal, as CC. No.55l of 2012. IJpon conclusion of the trial, accused Nos.1 to 5 were acquimed of all charjes. It is funher submitted that a request for further investiga;ion was d"ly consi&red by the Depury Superintendent of I'olice, CID-RO, Warangal, who reported that no further ir:vestigation warranted. Permission was also sought from rhe Additional Director General of Police,, CID, Telangana Statt:, Hlderabad, to drop any further action in the rnatter. Jn *riew of these developments, it is contended that nothing ru>rv survives for adudication in the present writ petition.

5. I have pensed the materials on record.

The grie,rance of the petitioners in this writ peririon perrains to the issuance of notice under Section 91 of the (bde of Criminal Procedure by the Superintendent of Pol-ice, resp,rndent No.4, to petitioner No.1, as well as to the threats and dr:rnands allegedly made by respondent No.6. Howevet as reportec[ by the learned /a /, 3 Assistant Public Prosecutor for Home, the entire cause sct up by the petitionen has already been considered by the comperent Crurt, which ultimately acquimed rhem of the charges. In view of such subsequent developments, further exarnination of the lsSUCS raised in the writ petition is rendered unnecessary. Accordingly, as the cause of action has become infructuous, the writ petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to cosrs. Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed. SD/.
