P.C praying that in the circumstances stated in the petition and grounds filed herein the High Court may be pleased to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners and direct the Station House Officer, Chilkuru Police Station, Nalgonda District to release the petitioners on bail in the event of their arrest in an unregistered Crime No. Compliant to be given by Smt. Allam Lakshmi on the file of S.H.O. Chilkuru Police Station, Nalgonda District. The petition coming on for hearing upon perusing the petition and grounds filed herein and the order of the High Court dated 12-12-2008 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri C.V. R. Rudra Prasad, Advocate for the petitioners and the Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents, the Court made the following ORDER: “This Criminal Petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioners- accused seeking to grant anticipatory bail in connection with an unregistered Crime of Chilkuru Police Station, Nalgonda District, for the offence punishable under Section 498 (A) of IPC.

In the circumstances and in view of the nature of offence and the observations made by this Court on 12-12-2008, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the petitioners, in the event of their surrender within a period of ten days from today before the Station House Officer, Women Police Station, Nalgonda District, shall be released on bail on each of them executing a personal bond for Rs. 10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of a like sum each to the satisfaction of the same SHO”.
