WRIT PETITION No.7794 of 2O25 ORDER: This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondent authorities in not considering the application No.2400020087, dated 75.03.2024 made by the petitioner for issuance of e-pattadar passbook and title deed in respect of petitioner's missing extent of land admeasuring Ac.4'0O guntas. in Sy.No.5/29 and Ac. 1.OO guntas in Sy.No.sl29/1/D of Peddanapalli Village Shivar, Kasipet Mandal, Macherial District, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently prayed for other appropriate reliefs. It is stated that the petitioner is the owner and possessor of 2. the agricultural land admeasuring Ac.4.00 guntas in Sv'No'5/29 and Ac.1.OO guntas in Sy.No.5/29l l/D of Peddanapalli Village Shivar, Kasipet Mandal, Macherial District. It is further stated that his name has been mutated in all the revenue records and pattadar pass book uide Patta No.689 has been issued in his favour under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, lg7 | (for short "the ROR Act, 1971") and the Rules made thereunder- It is further stated that when the I 2 \ petitioner was not issued e-pattadar passbook under the provisions ofthe Telangana fughts in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act,2O2O (for short "the ROR Act, 2O2O"l, he submitted online application uide No.24OOO20087, dated 15.03.2024 seeking for issuance of e-pattadar passbook and title deed in respect of the aforesaid lands. The grievance of the petitioner is that even after rcceiving the said application, the respondent authorities are not considering the same for issuance of e-pattadar passbook. Hence, the writ petition.
3. Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents and with their consent, this writ petition is being disposed of it ttr" admission stage.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has vehemently contended that issuance of e-pattadar passbook is only a consequential act of carrying the entries which have already been made under ttie provisions ofthe ROR Act,797l. Learned counsel further submitted that t]le entries made in the pattadar passbook are only compilation of the survey numbers and the accounts for the extent being mentioned in a particular village, and therefore, it does not take away the right of the petitioner in any malner unless 3 the entries in the revenue records are corrected by following due procedure.

Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents has not disputed about the submission of the Dharani application and it is stated that if the application submitted by the petitioner fulfils all the requirements, I I the respondent authorities will consider the same'

In view of the above submissions, this Court, without going into merits of the case, deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the respondent authorities to examine petitioner's application uide No.24OOO2O087, dated L5.O3.2O24 and if the petitioner satisfied all the requirements for issuance of e-pattadar pass book under the provisions of the ROR Act, 2O2O and the circular instructions issued by CCLA uide Circular No.1 of 2021, dated 15.01 .202 I and Circular No. 1 of 2024, dated 28.02.2024, consider the sarrie. and if the petitioner is otherwise not entitled for issuance of e-pattadar passbook, the respondent authorities shall pass a reasoned order strictly in accordance with law ald communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is.disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
