(per Hon'ble Sri Justice P.Sam Koshy) W.P.No.21322 OF 2011 Heard Ms. K.Udaya Sri, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. N. Praveen Reddy, leamed Standing Counsel for the High Court for respondent No.l and Mr. M.V.Raja Ram, leamed counsel for respondent No.2. Perused the record.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pending the writ petition, supplementary revised gradation list was published on 17.06.201 1 and put'suant to the revised gradation list, the petitioner has also I been promoted in the year 2022. Neither the revised gradation list dated 17.06.201 1 is under challenge in the present writ petition or in any other writ petition nor is the subsequent promotion given to the petitioner being challenged by the petitioner claiming from any earlier date.

[n view of the same, the present writ petition also by efflux of time has rendered infructuous. I 2 --
