Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, t.he learned Government Pleader for Energr for respondent No. 1, the learned Stalding Counsel for TGSPDCL Sri N.Sreedhar Reddy appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 7 and Sri P.Srinivas Rao, learne<l Standing _,,L / 2 Counsel for GHMC appearing for respoirdent No.8 and perused the record.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are the developers of the property bearing H.No.11-13- 911, Plot No.1-D, new Survey No.7-D admeasuring 833.3 sq.yards situated at Green Hills Colony, Saroornagar, Ranga Reddy district by virtue of Sale Deed bearing document No.5292 /2022 dated 3O.9 .2022 and they completed construction as per Construction Permit dated 29.12.2022 and. thereafter applied for electricity service connection to the subject commercial building. Petitioners have submitted all the necessary documents in pursuance of Memo of respondent No.3 dated 16.11.2024 and also paid the requisite fee i.e. Rs.3,17,623l- vide D.D.No.OO7O27 dated 29.7.2024 through HDFC Bank and Rs.3,9 1,490l- vide D.D.No.458335 dated 21.I1.2024 through Kotak Mahindra Balk. According to the petitioners, even after payment of requisite fee and submitting necessary documents, the respondents are not providing electricity connection to the subject building. Learned counsel further states that the subject matter of this writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.354O of 2025 dated 7.2.2025 ard the same is not seriously disputed by the learned, Standing Counsel for the respondent Corporation

In view of the above and having regard to the facts ald circumstances o I the case and without going irrto medts of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to take necessary action in pursuance of letter of respondent No.3 dated 16.I1.2O2,+ for providing electricity service connection to the subject premises of the petitioners, by duly taking into corrsideration the Construction Permit dated 29 .12.2022 granted by the respondent No.B, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
