The writ petition is hled with the following prayer: "To issue an appropriate Wnt, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of the respondent Nos.4 and 5 herein in not passing orders on the petitioner's representation dated 08.02.2O25, in sanctioned electricity connection changing the name of the original owner named as Late Sheri Chandra Reddy of the electricity connection bearing S.C.No.42003O0187 a,nd inserted the meter in the name of 6th respondent without giving any notice or proceedings high handedly changed the original owner name Late Sheri Chandra Reddy in respect of electricity connection bearing No.4200300187 is illegal. arbitrary and violative of Articles 14, 19, 2l arld 30OA constitution of India, to direct the respondents to continue with original owner name of Late Sheri Chandra Reddy of electricity connection bearing No 4200300187 by deleting the 6th respondent naine Sheri Punnamma from the records for preparing the regular electricity connection bearing No 4200300187 in the name of original allotment name of Late Sheri Chandra Reddy ".
