Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner filed the present Writ Petition seeking to declare the action of respondent Nos.3 and 4 and their sub-ordinates in interfering with and attempting to remove the fencing slones in respect of petitioner,s Plot No.429, admeasuring 300 Sq.yards in Sy.Nos.36 lA and 36/8, situated at Phase II, Vinayak Nagar Colony, Gopanpaily Viliage, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District ancl threatening to /\ dispossess the petitioner from her p10t, without isst; eg a,y notice and without following due process of law, as illegal and ar bitrary. 3' Learned counser for the petitioner further sL bmits that while admitting the matter, this Court passed in1 r r im order dateci 07'03'2022 with a direction to maintain status quo : <isting as on that date untit the next date of hearing in respect of tht: subject property.
