2. Ht:ard sri G. Vasantha Rayudu, learned counsel for the petitionr:r and learned Government pleader for Revenue appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 4. perused the material available on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No.4 har; passed an order of mutation dated 06.06.2022 in favour of respo.edent No.S with regard to agricultural land admeasuring Ac.o.20 gts in sy.No. 14/r, Ac.o.36 gts in Sy.No.1o4, and Ac.2.o4 gts in sy.No. lo5/1, to a total Extent of Ac.3.2o gts, situated at Takkelal>ahad Village, Shaligouraram Mandal, Nalgonda District, and mui:ation order dated 06.06.2022 was issued in favour of respondr:nt No.6 with regard to agricultural land admeasuring Ac.1.oo gts in sy.No.105/ 1 and Ac.0.2o gts in sy.No. 14 / L, out of Ac.3.2o gts, situated at Takkelapahad village, Shaligourararn patta passbook Mandal, Nalgonda District, .and No.T282',7o15o424 was issued in favour of respondent No.5 illegally, without considering the fact that the petitioner is also one of :he legal heirs of late sri velupula Narsaiah, and suppressed the fact that, based upon the claim made by the unofficial respondents, without conducting any enquiry, the mutation proceedings were issued by the official respondent, thereby depriving the petitioner's rights, despite a detailed representation having been made by the petitioner to respondent No.2, but no action has been taken so far.
4. By filing a counter-affidavit, learned counsel for respondent Nos.S and 6 seeks to put the responsibility on the petitioner herein to approach respondent No.2, if any action is to be taken.

Having heard learned counsel for both the parties and upon perusal of the material available on record, without expressing any observation on the merits and demerits of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to direct respondent No.2 to act upon the representation made by the petitioner herein dated 22.05.2023 and to conduct an enquiry after affording an opportunity of hearing, by issuing notice to the unofficial respondents, strictly in accordance with law, preferably within a period of ninety (90) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
