2. Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that suit was Iiled for declaration in the yeau- 2021. The petitioner is defendant No.21 in the suit and Iiled written statement on 26.09.2022. I.A is filed by the plaintiffs not tc alienate the property but it was dismissed in which it was held that suit schedule property is not an ancestral property and later the matter was posted for enquiry under Section g9 of CpC on 24.08.2023. He further stated that they also filed memo before the trial Court for proceeding with the trial.

In vier.r, of the pendency of the suit, this Court linds that it is just and reasonable to direct the triar court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.1101 of 2O2l as expeditiously as possible. z 4 In the result, this Civil Revision petition is disposed of No costs.
