15.03.2024 for uploading the land to an extent of Acs.5.22 guntas in Sy.No. 152 of Janagon Village, Narayanapur Mandal, Yadadri-Bhongir District in Dharani portal and conseclsFntial issuance of e-pattadar passbook in favour of the petitioner, as illegal, arbitrary, violative of principles of natural justice and violative of Article 300-A of Constitution of India and consequently, direct respondent No.3 to consider the petitioner's application and for other appropriate reliefs.

2. Heard Sri S.Rama Mohan Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents and with their consent, this Writ Petition is beingtakenupfordisposa1attheadmissionstage.< 2 EVV. J Wp_7714_202.1

Learned counsel for the petitioner woulcl submit that the fathe:r of the petitioner is the absolute owner of land admeasur;r',9 ,1c.0.09 guntas in Sy.No.452; Ac:.l.28 guntas in Sy.No.433; Ac.1.20 guntas ln Sy.No.452; Acs.2.21 guntas in Sy.No.453 and Ac.l.22 guntas in Sy.No.45B, total admeasuring Acs.7.2O guntas situated at Janagam Village, Narayanapur Mandal, Yadadri-Bhongir District. Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that though the father of the petitioner was hrrving land to an extent- of Acs.7.2O guntas, after the death of his father the name of the petitioner was recorded in the revenue records and issued pattadar passbook No.T'3O1i020511 uide Khata No.786 only to the extent of Ac.2.33 guntas. Therefore, the petitioner approached respondent No.4 for entering the missing extent of land, which stands in the narne of his father, but respondent No.4 ad,rised him to approach respondent No.3 by liling online application through Dharani Portal. Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that the petitioner made online Dharani Application No.24000201 10, datecl 15.03.2o24 for -/ 'l 3 EVV, J Wp-7714,2024 entering the missing extent of land and consequential issuance of pattadar passbook. The grievance of the petitioner is that, even after receipt of the said representation, respondent No.3 did not consider the same.

Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents has not disputed the submission of the online application and it is stated that the application submitted by the petitioner fulfils a1l the requirements, the respondent authorities will consider the same.

5. [n view of the above submissions, this Court, without t ( going into merits of the case, deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the respondent authorities to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's application uide application No.24OOO201 10, dated

15.03.2024 by issuing notice to all the stakeholders and after affording an opportunity of hearing to them and if the petitioner satisfied all the requirements under the provisions of the Telangana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights 4 E\N,. J Wp_ 7714_201-l \ in Land) Act, 2025 consider the same and pass a reasoned order strictly in accordance with law and communicate a. copy of the ''rarC order to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible

6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed, of. There shall be no order as to costs.
