Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court will be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction particularly in the nature of writ of certiorari after calling for the connected records in G.I.No.CST/2003-04 dt.30- 3-07 issued by the Assistant Commissioner of Commercial Taxes (Int.LTU), Nizamabad Division, Nizamabad by holding that the word aluminium used in notification in G.O.Ms.No.554 Revenue (Ct.II) Department, dt.12.9-02 issued by the first respondent herein is capable of comprehending within it all forms of aluminium including the aluminium foil stock for the purpose of implementing or carrying out the directions contained therein to extend the benefit of set off of tax paid on purchase of aluminium foil stock under the provisions of AP Tax on entry of goods into local areas Act.01 from the tax payable on sale of finished products in the course of interstate under CST Act, 1956 and grant such other relief or reliefs as are deemed to be fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
