It is stated that petitioner No. 1 is the owner and possessor of the agricultural land admeasuring Acs.3.OO guntas in Sy.No.77/AA3 and petitioner No.2 is the owner and possessor of the agricultura-l land admeasuring Acs.03.20 guntas in Sy.No.77/AA2, both are situated at Mankhal Revenue Village, Maheshwaram Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, having acquired rT, .) the same . through registered gift settlement deeds bearing document Nos.3879 of 2010 and 3881 of 2O1O, both dated
18.09.2010, respectively. It is further stated that the.names of the petitioners were mutated in alt the revenue records uide proceedings Nos.Dl662/2014 and D1653/2014, dated
25.O9 .2014, respectively arrd they were issued pattadar passbooks under the provisions of the Telangarra Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 2020 uide Passbook Nos.T05160160675 (Khata No.1337) and T0516016 0674 (Krrata No. 1336), respectively. It is further stated that when the adjacent neighbours are disputing the boundaries ald causing inconvenience for their enjo5rment, the petitioners have made F-Line application as per the circular instructions issued by the 2 CVBR, J W1t 7521 2025 Commissioner, Survey, Settlements and Land Records vide Rc.No.N1/tili43l99, dated 25.O7.2OO1, Rc.No.N1/ t4O8/07, dated 13.O7.2OO7, and Rc.No.N2/1741,/2OtO, dated
18.05.201Cr. The grievance of the petitioners is that the Tahsldar uiide endorsement, dated Oa.fi.2024, has rejr:cted the said appliceLtion on the ground that the Tippons are not available for the above said survey numbers.
2. Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the 6i respective parties and with their consent, this writ pr:tition is being disposed of at the admission stage.
3. Learr:Led counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order passecl by this Court in W.P.No.20694 of 2021, dated, Ol.L2.2O2l and therefore, the present writ petition may be disposed of in terms of the said order.

It is settled principie that whenever the Tippons are not available for a particular survey number, the survey offrcials should rely on the village map, tonch map and also the tippons of the survev number abutting the survey number for w.hich the demarcatiorL is sought for. The boundaries of the survey 3 CVBR, I wp]52tlo25 numbei can be fixed with the help of the tippons of the adjacent survey number. The Tahsildar cannot simply reject the application solely on the ground that the tippons are not available for the subject survey number. He ought to have taken necessar5r steps to procure necessary records either from the offrce of the Collector or from the office of the Assistant Director, Survey, Settlements and Land Remrds of the I I concerned District and demarcate the subject land with the help of tippons of the adjacent survey numbers/village map/tonch map. lr1' ',1

In view of the above and since the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.2O694 of 2021, this Court deems it appropriate to set aside the impugned endorsement, dated 08. 1 L.2O24 and' remanded the matter to respondent No.3 directing him to conduct survey and demarcate the subject land duly taking into consideration of the aJoresaid observations and aJter the petilioner paying the requisite fee for conducting survey ald other expenditure, within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of said Pa5rment. d1, 4 CVBR, J W1t-1521 2025
