VIn-OD KLIMAII WRI'I' PE'TI'TION n'o.7546 of 2025 ORDER: Heard leamed counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home appearing on behalf of respondent Nos' 1 to 6, and perused the record. With the consent of the counsel appearing for the respective parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing and disposal at admission stage.
2. I-taving regard to the nature of irs involved and the manner of disposal olthe Writ Petition at the admission stage, this Court is of the view that notice to unofficial respondent is not necessary for adjudication of the present Writ Petition.
3. Shorn of unnecessary details, the case of the petitioner in briel is that the 6'h respondent by involving himself in civil dispute, is threatening the petitioner to settle the civil dispute with the 7'h respondent, which action it is contended as highly illegal, arbitrary and in violation of fundamental rights of the petitioner.
4. Per contra, leamed Government Pleader for Home appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.l to 6 submits that the petitioner had approached the respondent autllorities and submitted a representation / \ 2 complaint dated 17-02-2025 and upon the petitioner submitting the aforesaid representation/complaint, the authorities have made a GD entry.

Learned (iovernment Pleader further submits that thereafter the 7th respondent approached the authorities and submitted a complaint against the petitioner herein on 2l-02-2025, and the authorities also made a GD entry of the aforesaid complaint received, and for the purpose of enquiry, the authorities have called the petitioner as well as 7th respondent, who have made cornplaints against each other.
6. Learned Governrnent pleader would lurther submit that the respondent authorities except causing enquiry into the aforesaid complaints submitted by petitioner and the 7,h respondent, are not interfering in the existing civil disputes between the petitioner and 7s respondent.
7. The aforesaid statement made to this Court by the learned Govemment Pleader lbr t{ome is placed on record.

Having regard to the submissions made as above, and since it is stated that the respondent authorities are enquiring into the complaints made by petitioner as well as 7,h respondent against each other, this Court is of the view that the respondent authorities are to be directed / 3 not interfere in the inter se civil disputes between the petitioner and 7th respondent except investigating into the complaints received and take furtl'rer action in strictly accordance with law L) Subject to above observation and direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
