JUSTICE TIRUMALA DEVI EADA l.A.Nos.2 a d3 ot 2025 in/and CRIMINAL PETITTON N o.3557 of 2025 COMMON ORDER: This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/accused herein under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 seeking to quash the proceedings against him in C.C.No.434 of 2e24 on the file of the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate at Bhongir, registered for the alleged offence punishable under Section s 452,324,354, 421 ,323 read with 149 of the lndian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

2. lt is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioners/accused herein as well as responde nt No.2lde facto complainant that during pendency of the present Criminal petition, the parties have compromised the matter and accordingly, l.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 have been filed to record compromise between them and to compound the offences.

The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has opposed the said compromise petitions 4 Perused the affidavits filed by the de facfo complainant in 3 of 2025 which disclose that he has willingly l.A.Nos.2 and t ( 2 ( rlt 15 57 2U) consented for compromise. Since the parties were vvilling to enter into compromise, they were given a chance to setile the matter by appearing along with their respective counsel beforr: flre High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telang:rra ylde orders dated 29.08.2025 passed by this Court. The Secrela.y, High Court Legal Services Committee shall identify the partie,r ;lnd submit a report to that effect.

Pursuant to the above said direction issued bv this Court, the parties along with their respective counsel have appe ared before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of T::langana and the Secretary of the above said Authority identified lh:: parties and submitted a report dated 03.09.2025 stating that fl-: parties were identified and they have willfully and without any cc:e.cion entered into compromise as per the terms of compromise. 6 ln view of the above, I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 202.i are allowed.
