The writ petition is filed '"l,ith the following prayer: "To issue a writ or order or dircction more particuleLrly in the nature of Writ of Maldamus, in inaction of the Respondcnts more particularly respondents No.3 to 6 in not paying the outstanding renta-I amounts of Rs.17,48,836/ to the petitioner regarding the House rent vide H.No.3-6-97, Basheerbagh, Munugod Road, Na,lgonda, since the month of August 2023 onwards till today which is illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and violative of Article 14 and 2I of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents forthwith to settle the outstanding rental amount of Rs.17,48,836/- to the petitioner regarding the House rent vide H.No.3 6 97 Basheerbagh, Munugod Road, Nalgonda since the month of August 2O23 onwards till today''.
3. Heard Sri Sanjeeva Reddy Gariapati, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleaders for Social Welfare and Finance & Planning and perused the record

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance \ \ of the interim orders of this Court dated 19.3.2025, out of the total outstanding rental amount of Rs.17,48,836/-, the respondents have paid only an amount ol Rs.4,02,67O/- to the petitioner. The Iearned counsel submits that the petitioner has made a representation to the respondent No.4 on 4.11.2024, requesting to pay the balance arnount I I I 2 - of Rs. 13,69,614 I -, but so far no action has been taken by the respondent No.4. Therefore, learned counsel prays this Court to direct the respondent No.4 to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 4.11.2024 and pay the balance amount of Rs.13,69,6 14/- within a stipulated period of time.
5. The learned Government Pleader submits that the respondent No.4 will consider the representation of the petitioner dated 4.11.2024 with regard to payment of rent.
6. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respective parties and without going into merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.4 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 4.11.2024 for payment of house rents, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of rebeipt of a copv of this order.
