As seen from the material placed on record, it is evident that [he Dharani application No.2400114118 filed by the petitioner for transfer of his 1/4th share in the subjcct iand from notional khata to patta was rejected by the respondent au thorities without assigning any valid reason. The status update merely states that the "Application for Passbook Data Correction 24OO I 14 1 18 is cancelled", without disclosing the grounds for such cancellation' Such non-speaking action of the authorities, devoid of rcasons, is in clear violation of the principles of natural justice ln view- of the same, the impugned action is unsustainable and is accordingly set aside.
