Learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue submits that without making proper application through oniine for correction of entries and issuing of pattadar pass Books and Title Deeds, the petitioner has submitted representation and approached this Court. If the petitioner makes proper application through online as per existing ruies, the respondents will consider the same and pass appropriate orclers as per the existing rrrles. In view of the submissions made by both sides, 5. without going into merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach appropriate authorities by filing appropriate application through online as per existing rules.
