Counsel for the Petitioner : SRt J.ASHVINI KUMAR Counsel forthe Respondents: ASST.GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: ORDER - I SK, J W.P.No.879O of 2021 THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.SARATH WRIT PETITION No.879O of 2O2L ORDER: This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondent Nos.3 and 4 in not issuing 38-E patta and grant of succession of tenancy rights to the petitioners in respect of the land admeasuring to an extent of Ac.5-17 gts 1n Sy.No.86 situated at Yenugonda Village of Mahaboobnagar Urban Mandal, Mahaboobnagar District in pursuarrce of the representation dated 17.12.2019 and the letter issued by the respondent No.3 vide No.K/5517 /2O2O dated 15. l2.2O2O as illegal and arbitrary.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that after filing this writ petition, the respondent No.3 has adkressed \ another letter No.K/5517 /2O2O 2 SK, J W. P.No,879O of 202 I dated 03.12.2021 directing the respondent No.4 to conduct.detailed enquiry in the matter by conducting spot inspection and submit a detailed report so as to enable the respondent No.3 to issue further orders in the matter on the points raised by the petitioner No' 1 in his representation and further directed to verify PT register and submit the relevant documents / revenue records along with the copies of PT register as the Additional Collector (Revenue), Mahabubnagar has directed to examine the issue.

In view of the subsequent events, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent No'4 to conduct enqulry as directed by the respondent No'3 by his letter No.Kl55l7l2O2O dated 03'12'2021 and submit a report to the respondent No'3 for taking further action within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
