SAIFULLAH Counsel for the Respondents: AGp FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: ORDER ;I I I I , ; t.r:$:-, i HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V.BHASKAR REDDY WRIT PETITION No.7338 of 2025 ORDER: This writ petition is hled seeking to declare the action of respondent Nos.4 and 5 in not considering the F-Line application, dated 13.72.2024 and not conducting the survey and demarcation of the agricultural land of the petitioner to an extent of Ac.5.35 gts., in Sy.No.549/ 1/E, situated at Mahabubabad Village and Mandal, Mahabubabad District, as illegal and arbitrary and for other appropriate reliefs.
2. Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the { petitioners and learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents and with their consen[ this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

It is stated that the petitioners are the owners and possessors of the agricultural land to an extent of Ac.5.35 gts., in Sy.No.549/ 1/E, situated at Mahabubabad Viilage and Mandal, Mahabubabad District, having acquired the same through a registered sale deed bearing document No.1050 of 2023, dated
06.02.2023. 6. authorit5r to conduct survey and demarcate lands in accordance with the provisions of the Telangana Land Revenue Act, 1317 Fasli (Act No. VIII of 1317 Fasli), the Telangana Survey and Boundaries AcL, 1923, and the Rules framed thereunder. The Government has issued various circulars specifying the conditions for conducting surveys, particularly F-Line (held measurement) surveys. Individuals requesting such surveys are required to submit specific documents, and if the conditions stipulated in the circulars are fulfilled, the survey and boundary fixation may be "ord.,"i"a. ffr. Commissioner, Survey, Settlements and Land Records, exercising powers under the Telangana Survey and Bounda,lies Act, 1923, issued relevant circulars from time to time uide Rc.No. N 1 / 654 3 / 99, dated 25.07 .2OO 1, Rc.No.N 1 / t4O8 / 07, dated 13.07.2OO7, and Rc.No.N2l 1741l2OlO, dated 18.05.2010 I I stipulating the conditions for conducting survey of private lands and as per the said circulars, if the petitioners fulfils all the conditions of the said circular, it is an obligation for the ( I respondents to conduct survey within the time specihed in the said circulars.

In view of the aforesaid discussion, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition directing the respondent 4 I]VBR, J Wp_7338 2025 . authorities to examine the F-line applicatiort uide No.DERO2 1600131137, dated 13. 12.2024 filed by the petrtioners for conducting sll:rrey and demarcation by Iixing boundary stones to the subject iand and if the petitioners fu1{i1l all the ccrrditions mentioned in th,: circulars issued by the Commissioner, Sun'ey, Settlements and Land Records from time to time, the res pondent authorities shall conduct survey of the aforesaid land, afte: issuing notices to all the interested / affected persons and acljacent pattadars ancl zrftor considering their objections, within a oeriod of eight (S) wecks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order'
