Both the parties are represented and are also personally present in court.
2. Learned counsel for the appellant seeks to rely on a Joint Memo of Compromise dated 22.07.2O2S, which was signed by both the appellant as well as the respondent. The Joint Memo of Compromise records that the parties have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding on 17.O4.2O25 under which the respondent '1wife1 has agreed to relinquish all claims of alimony and maintenance against the appellant(husband) upon receiving full and final settlement amount of Rs. 19,OO,OOO/_. The respondent (wife) has also agreed to withdraw the pending cases against the appellant (husband) and his family members.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the respondent has received the agreed amount ofRs. 19,00,OO0/_. 2 MB) & BRMR) FCA 724 2024
4. I.A.No.2 of 2025 is allowed Consequently, F.C.A.No. 124 of terms of the Joint Memo of 2024 stands disposed of in Compromise dated 22.07 .2025.
5. The interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated. All connected applications shall stand closecl.
6. The parties shall be at liberty of approaching the Trial Court for any further orders if they are so advised. 1. The parties respectfully submit that they were married on 31-05-2015 at Sama Yadi Reddy Gprdens, RCI Road, l'lyderabad as per Hindu customs and rites' There are no children born out of the wedlock.
2. Due to matrimonial disputeS, the pafties have been living separately since June 2015 without any conjugal relationship. Several legal proceedlngs arose between them, including the present appeal. The present Appeal FCA 72412024 has been filed by the Appellant aggrieved by the Decree/Order dated 08-02- 2024 passed in F.C.O.P. No. 1250/2018 by the Additional Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar.
3. During the pendency of the above appeal, with the intervention of elders and well-wishers, both parties have amicably resolved all disputes and agreed to dissolve their marriage by mutual consent.
4. A Memorandum of Understanding (Mou) was executed between the parties on L744-2025, under which the Respondent (wife) agreed to relinquish all present, past and future claims of alimony and maintenance against the Appellant (Husband), upon receiving a full and final settlement amount of Rs. 19,00,000/- and agreed to compromise and withdraw the pending cases against the Appellant and his familY members. fl.+ 're/4 -/) l $q(t$nyo l

In pursuance of the said understanding, The Respondent have received a total sum of Rs. 19,00,000/- (Rupees Nineteen Lakhs only) from the Appellant, out of which Rs. 9,00,000/- was paid by Derland Draft No. 484932 dated 24-03- 2025 and Rs. 10,00,000/- by Demand Draft No. 484964 dated 08-05-2025, both drawn on State Bank of India. A seperate receipt is executed confirming the said payment, and Respondent states that no further claims whatsoever against the Appellant or his family members.

In light of the above compromise and mutual understanding, both parties respectfully request this Hon'ble Court to record the compromise/ dispose of the present appeal, and grant a decree of divorce on mutual consent and Record Compromise.
