I THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE PULLA KARTHIK WRIT PETITT ON No.7252 0F 2025 ORDER: With the consent of both the parties, this Writ petition is taken up for disposal, at the stage of admission.

The Writ Petition is hled under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following prayer: "...to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 3 to 6 in nor taking any action against the illegal Cable Wires laid by the respondents 7 & 8 for running their resplctive T.V. Cable Networks through Electric poles, inspite of petitioner making specific representatrons and applications dated 08.07.202+ and 03.Og.ZCiZ+ as highly illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of naturat Justlcc, consequently direct the respondents 3 to 6 to forthwith take action on the representations and applications dated Og.O7.2c.24 and 03.08.2024 by taking stringent necessary action against the respondents 7 & g for laying the Cable Wires through Electric poles, for running their respective T.V. Cable Netivorks and pass..."
3. Heard Sri B.Suman Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Government pleader for Energ, for respondent No.1; and Sri N.Sreedhar Reddy, learned Stancling Counsel for TGSPDCL, for respondent Nos.2 to 6.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent Nos.7 and 8 laid illegal cable wires for running their respective I 2 T. V. cable networks through electric poles without any permission from tht: Gram panchayat. Due to ,a,hich, the villa_gers are constantly subjected to electricai shock. Therefore, the petrtioner made an application under RTI Act to respondent Nos.4 to 6 on O3.OS.2O24. In reply to the same, respondent No.6 issued letter, dated 14.Og.2O24, stating that respondent Nos.7 and B issued notices to remove the transmitters hxed by them to the current poles within a period of hve days. However, no further action has been taken so far. Therefore, learned counsel prays this Court to direct respondent Nos.2 to 6 to take further necess€rry action pursuant to the letter, dated 14.O8.2024, issucd bv respondent No.6.

Learncd Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 6 fairly submits that respondent Nos.2 to 6 will take necessary action pursuant to the letter, dated 14.Og.2024. 6 Having regard to the submissions made by learned counsel for the respecrivc parties, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.2 to 6 to take further necessar5z action rn pursuance ol the letter No.AAE/Operation/Miryaiguda 3 Ru/F.RTI Acr2005/D.No.300/Dt. 14.O8.2024, addressed by respondent No.6, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
