2. Considered the submissions of learned counsel for the respective parties and perused the record.
3. It is stated that the petitioner has instituted a suit in O.S.No. 12 of 2016 before the Court of principal District Judge, Mahbubnagar for declaration that he is the adopted son of Bola Krishnaiah and partition of the plaint schedule properties and perpetual injunction against defendant Nos.2 a,,d 4 therein for (.ilart. property. the land over the ",rit I I i I i I I I l I I i i i I , I i i I I I I I I i I I l i : 2 i

Mr. Murthy, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that after contest the said suit was decreed uide ordet, dated 30' 12'2 O22 declating the petitioner / plaintiff as adopted son of Bola Krishnaiah and the suit schedule properties are d.eclared. as joint family properties of petiiioner/ plaintiff and respondent No.4/defendant No'1' Learned Senior Counsel further submitted that in terms of the said decree' the petitioner submitted an applicatio n uide N o'2300067 2gg' dated l3'O4'2023 in Dharani Portal seeking correction of the entries in the revenue records and for consequential issuance of the pattadar passbook andtitledeedinhisfavour,andwhentherespondentshavenot considered the said application' he. has also submitted a representation d.ated 29 'lO '2024 before the respondent No'2- District collector requesting to consider his application Learned Senior Counsel further submitted that in view of not issuing the pattadar passbooks in favour of the petitioner in terms of the decree dated 30.12.2lo22 in O'S'No' 12 of 2016' the petitioner is not in a position to receive various incentives sanctioned by the Government for cultivation of his land, and in vieu, of not frling ary appeal, the saicl decree dated 30 '12 '2022 in O ' S 'No' 12 of 2O 16 has attained finalitY I : 3

Learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.l to 3 submitted that as per Section 7 of the Telangana Rights in Land and pattadar pass Books Act, 2O2O, ar y person who acquires right by decree of a court and seeks to change the entries in Record of Rights, shall apply, through the website prescribed, before the Tahsildar, and in every case where the pattadar and property particulars in the decree are in consonance with the entries in the Record of Rights and on payment of Stamp Duty and Registration fee prescribed as per the Registration Act and the Indian Stamp Act respectively, if not collected by the Court .before issue of the Decree and mutation charges prescribed, the Tahsildar sha1l carry out the changes to the relevant entries in the Record of Rights by following the procedure.

In view of the above, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition directing respondent No.4_the Tahsildar to consider the said application submitted by the petitioner for correction of the entries in the revenue records and for consequential issuance of pattadar passbooks in his favour, after issuing notiges to all the interested/ effected parties, within i i' ) I I I 4 I a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order With the above observations, this writ petition is disposed 7 of.
