3. ' I have heard Mr. Mr.R.Laxmikanth Reddy, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for rcspondent Nos.1 to 4.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that, petitioner was involved in several cases of cheating including the Crime No.383 of 2012 at Ghatkesar Police Station, whereby, defrauded the church goers. Further, referred to the Crime No.14 of 2013 on the file of K.Samudram Police Starion, and states that 2 inr.es tigatio n is pcnding in these crimes.
