2. it is stated that the petitioner artd his co-purchaser are the absolute owners and possessors of the land to an extent of Acs.2.00 guntas in Sy.No. Sy.No.66/21a, situated at Raidurg Nowkhalsa Village, Sherilingampally Mandal, Rangareddy District, hawing purchased the same under the registered sale deed bearing document No.2289 of 1998, dated 02.12.1998 arld sirice then he is in peaceful possession and enjoyment of the same. Further, the petitioner has nr1 e\ren taken steps when th ] Government has introduced the updation of the revenue rerlr)t 1.:. Prima facie application submitt--d by the .l ll,:-rL 3 petitioner is not in consonance with the provisions of the Telangana Land Revenue Act, 1317 Fasli; the ROR Act, 797L and, the ROR Act, 2O2O. Therefore, this Court is of the opinion that the writ petition is liable to be dismissed on the. sole ground for delay and latches. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to agitate his grievances before the competent civil Court.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
