VINOD KUMAR W.P.No. 7156 of 2025 ORDER Heard learned counsel for the .. .petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for the official respondent Nos.1 to 6, and with the consent of the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties, the writ petition is taken up for hearing and disposal at admission stage.

2. Having regard to the manner of disposal of the Writ Petition and the narure of lis involved, this Court is of the view that notice to unofiicial respondent Nos.7 to 15 is not necessary for adjudication of the present Writ Petition.

3. Shorn of unnecessary details, the case of the petitioner, in brief, is that though the respondents-authorities have registered a case against the unofhcial respondents No.7 to 15 herein ulde Cr.No.lO8l2O24 on 11.05.2024 for 'various offences, the authorities are not conducting investigation into the aforesaid crime registered and not filing charge sheet, which action of the respondents it is contended as highly illegal and arbitrary.

Per contra, learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of ofhcial respondents submits that based on the complaint made 1 by the petition<:r herein, the authorities have registered a case uide Cr.No.1OB/2O2,1 on 11.O5.2024; and that thereafter the authorities have examined witnesses from 04. 7O.2O24 to 13.1 1.2024, and on completion of ,he investigation, have filed charge sheet in the afore said crimt: before the concerned Magistrate c,n 24 .O3.2O25 and the same is given SR.No.55512025, dt.O7.O4.2O2S.

Learned (.iovernment Pleader further submits t.hat since, the authorities haver completed investigation into the albresaid crime registered and Jraving filed the charge sheet, the petitioner cannot allege thc respoudents authori[ics not conducting an\/ investigation into the aforesaid crimc registered nor taking any zrction against the accused pcrsrons named therein.

6. I have takr:n note of the respective submissions made. 7 . Though tl- e pe li tioner by the present Wrir, Petition had leged inaction on the part of the respondents-eLuthorities nducting inr..estigation into the crime registered uide .No. lO8 /2024 on 1 1.O5.2024, since, the respondents-authorities onducting investigation into the aforesaid crirne registered filed a clLarge sheet on 24 .O3.2O25 before the concerned trate uid.e sR.No.555/202sdt.o2.04.2025, thrs Court is of 3 the view that the grievance of the petitioner in the present Writ Petition stands redressed and no further orders are necessary'
