The present writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent authorities to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.08.2022, allow him to continue in the Revenue Department under the jurisdiction of the 1st respondent, and to release his salary from August 2022 onwards.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was appointed as Village. Revenue Officer (VRO), Nandigama Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, under the jurisdiction of 1st respondent. It is further subrnitted that with the enactment of the Telangana Village Revenue Oflicers (Abolition) Act, 2O2O (Act No.lO of 2O2O), the Government issued G.O.Ms. No.121, Finance Department, dated
23.O7.2022, for redeployment of VROs, even before issuance of 2 'vP 1t52 2075 RRN. J the appoit-rted day as contemplated under Sectior: 1(2) of the Act. It rs fr,:r ther submitted that, pursualt t,r the sz,id G.O., the Districl l) r liectors redeployed several VFIO s to other departrnt:rr[; vide orders dated 01.08.202'.2. Th'e petitioner, however, ,lirl not join the department to rll-ri,rh he was redeplol,ecl , namely the Technical Educatio n Depar-tment, and has cont-rued u.orking in the Revenue Department.

Per contra, the learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents, based on the instructions issued by the Administrative Officer, Collectorate ' Ranga Reddy District' submits that the petitioner was relieved from the Revenue Department ald directed to report to the Technical Education Department. Further, on verification' the petitioner's LPC was generated on the IFMS portal on t5'O9'2022' but the petitioner did not join the redeployed department' 7 .
