#2. Heard Mr.Y.Soma Srinath Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and l{r.Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent No.1-

Notice in respect of respondent Nos.2 to 8 is dispensed with solely on the ground that the petitioner has filed the present petition seeking disposal of C.C.No.29 of 2024, and he is not seeking any relief against respondent Nos.2 to 8. Respondent Nos.2 to 8 are arrayed only as a proforma respondents'
#4. l,earned counsel for the.petitioner submitted that the trial Court tLas been adjourning the matter from time to time. He further submitted that unless this Court fixes a time limit for the conclusion of the trial and disposal of the case, the petitioner will be put to great hardship.
#5. Per contra, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that several cases are pending before the trial Court and the petitioner is not entitled to seek fixation of a time limit for disposal of C.C.Nc.29 of2024.
#6. l{aving considered the submissions made by the respective parties and without expressing any view, the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Warangal, is directed to conclude the trial an,J dispose of C.C.No .29 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible. It is madr: clear that the parties in fts shall cooperate with the trial Court for disposal of C.C.No.29 of 2024 without seeking undue adjourriments.
