Learned counsel for respondent No.2/ de facfo complainant submits that both the parties have settled the disputes outside the purview of the Court and they frled applications uide I.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2025 to record compromise and by virtue of the said compromise, the proceedings in SC/ST No.22 of 2024 may be quashed. Accordingly, both the parties and learned counsel on behalf of both the parties appeared before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana on

In view of the above said submissionlr, this Criminal Petition is allowed in terms of compromise i md proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 6 in SC/ST No.22 of 2024 on the file of III Additiona,l District and Sessions Judge, at Sangareddy are hereby quashed.
