2. Heard Sri K.Satyanarayana Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Government pleader for Services_lII for respondent Nos. I to 3; and learned Government pleader. for Services-ll for respondent No.4.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner was retired on 31.05.2024, till now, his retirement benefits were not released by the respondents.

4. Learned Government pleader submits that the bills pertaining to the retirement benefits of the petitioner are already processed, however, due to dearth of funds, the amounts could not be released to the petitioner, on cime. Learned Government Pleader further submits that as per seriatim of the token numbers, amounts will be released to the beneficiaries.

5. Having regard to the above made submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to release gratuity (T.S.) amount of Rs.5,58,6O0/- with Token No.2523 132909, dated I I I 2 PK,.] wp 7l07 2025
