3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submirs rhat, challenging thc alleged illegality in the registration of Crime No. 173 of 2016 by, rcspondent No. 4, the present writ petitions have beerr t-ilcd sceking appropriate directions. \ 2
4. Learned Assistant Government Irleader for Flome, appearing for the respondents, submits that after due investigation, a charge sheet was filed in the said crime, which cuLninated rn C.C. No. 211 of 201,8 on the file of the learned Judicial Nfagistrate of First Class, Madhira. Upon complerion of trial, tl'rc case ended in acquittal on
29.03.2023. It is therefore contcndcd that, in view of such developments, the grievance raised in these rvrit petitions no longer survives for considerarion.
5. Having regard to the subnilssions adr.anced and in light of the subsequent developments rhat transpired during the pendency of these petitions, it is manitesr rhat nothing furthcr remains for adjudication. Accordingly, these t'rit pcritions stands disposed of as having become infructnous.
