2. Heard Sri N.Ramu, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Services-lll for the respondents.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner was retired on 31.01.2024, till now, his retirement benehts were not released by the respondents.
4. Learned Government Pleader submits that the bills pertaining to the retirement benefits of the petitioner are already processed, however, due to dearth of funds, the amounts could not be released to the petitioner, on time: Learned Government Pleader further submits that as per seriatim of the token numbers, amounts wili be released to the benefrciaries.
5.
