2. Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the respective parties and perused the record.

It is stated that the petitioner is the absolute owner and possessor of agricultural lands admeasuring Acs. 146.05 gts., comprising in various survey numbers, situated at Vattinagulapalle Village, Gandipet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, having acquired the same through an Agreement of Sale with possession dated 11.03.2013 from the original iI I I z CVBR, J Wp_7200_2025 owncrs. It is further stated that when tlre vendors of the petitioncr lailecl to perform their part, the pctrtioner filed a suit for spccrlic perfortnance uideO.S.No.S4 of 2O2l on the Iile of the II Addition:rl District Judge, Ranga Reddy. It is further stated that the petitioner made a representation dated 25.O8.2022 fot issuance of certified copies of succession proceedings ald partition deeds executed by the vendors of the petitioner in respect of the subject land. However, when respondent No.3 refused to furnish the said copies, the petitioner has hled W.P.No 33334 of 2024 before this Court and this Court, uide order dated 17 '12'2024, disposed of the said writ petition permitting the petitioner to make an appropriate appiication in Mee seva in the prescribed format and on such application being filed, the respondents were directed to furnish the certified copies thereof in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of making such application. Pursuant to the said direction of this Court, the petitioner made a representation dated 2a.O1.2O25 before respondent No.S requesting to provide the certified copies of succession and partition proceedings and acting on the same, respondent No.5 addressed a letter dated
07.O2.2025 to the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration (CCLA) stating that the CCLA Department is providing only certified copies of sale deeds based on document number, year, District, but proceedings of succession and partition are not 4 CVBR, J wp 7200 l.ozs provided b:rsed on the dharani transaction numbers and requested the CCLA to take further action.

Learnr:d counsel for the petitioner has stzlt.ed unless the records relating to succession proceedings a4d partition deeds have been furnished to the petitioner, which are basis for granting oI pouthi izafa in favour of the vendors of the petitioner, the petitioner is not in a position to avail the remedies questioning the same before the appropnate forum.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue has stated that per-rding adjudication of this writ pe tition, a Memo uide No.CC i 32 /2025, daLed 29 .O3.2O25 has l,,een issued by respondent No.4 stating that they have furnished the copies of all the available documents including Deatlir Certificate, Challan, etc, but the succe ssion proceedings as rsought by the petitioner are nol available.

In vie,.r' of the above, since it is stated that al1 the relevant records available with the office of respondent I'1o.4 have been furnished to the petitioner, this Court is of the opinion that no further reliel can be granted in this writ petition. Further, if the petitioner is aggrieved with non-furnishing of cert-ain documents which are basis for mutation in favour of his vendors, he is at ! I 5 CVBR, J Wp-7200]025 liberty to question the same before the appropriate forum in accordance with law
