Madhusudhan Reddy, learned Starrding Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 4.

2. It is the specihc contention of the petitioners herein that HYDRAA has issued notice, dated 30. 12.2024 directing the petitioners to vacate the subject property within 24 hours. Petitioner frled a writ petition vide W.p.No.3ZOgg of 2024 challenging the said notice. Vide order, dated 31.12.2024 this Court set aside the said notice, dated 30. 12.2024 granting liberty to respondent Nos.2 to 5 therein to take fresh action, if aly, against the petitioners strictly in accordance with law by putting the petitioners on notice and affording them an opportunity of hearing. Thereafter, the petitioners tried to submit online application under TS-bPASS, with a request to grant permission to construct cattle shed and barricades with GI sheets in large interest to protect the animals from heat and safety to move freely within the above said premises' is not accepting. Therefore, they have submitted the Deputy representation dated 1O.O2-2O25 to Commissioner, Serlingampally, Circle, Hyderatiad physically' Despite receiving and acknowledging the said representation' the Deputy Commissioner, Serlingampally Circle, did not consider the same. 4. Whereas, Sri G. Madhusudhan Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3, instructions, would submit that in TS-bPASS portal there is a module accepting the said application. Petitioner has to submit application in TS-bPASS with respondent by duly uploading all the relevant documents by way of self certification and self declaration. On submitting the said application, respondent Nos.2 and 3 will consider the same.

In the light of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to submit application under TS-bPASS seeking permission for construction of cattle shed etc., along with the relevant documents by way of self certification and self declaration. On lrling such application on satisfyin g pima facie title and possession of the petitioners over the subject property, respondent Nos.2 and 3 shall consider the said application.
