Yards, situated at Vennelagadda, Jeedimetla Village, Quthbullapur Mandal, and Municipality, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, Telangana State, bounded by North: Part of Door No.06-106/a/NR; South: 60' Wide Road; Eastr 40' Wide Road; West: part I 7 \r P 7039 2025 of Sy.No. 234/2,. 4. Bringing the saad submissions of both the learned counsel on record and for the reasons alike in the above referred orcler passed by this Court in W.P. No'354O of 2O25, dated 07.O2.2O25, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage, directing the respondents to consider the request of the petitioner to provide electricity connection supply for Category-HT-O2, Load-soo,oo KVA, Length-O.2S KM Connection to the Commercial Building, in Door No.O6-1O6/4/NR (South Portion), in Survey '.... 3 w! 1039 2025 No.234/2, total admeasuring 484O:O Sq. Yards, situated at Vennelagadda, Jeedimetla Village, Quthbullapur Mandal and Municipality, Medchal - Malkajgiri District, Telangana State, upon the petitioner complying with the required terms and conditions as per rules in force, and upon the petitioner furnishing an undertaking to produce the occupancy certificate from the Municipal Corporation concerned, within a reasonable period as prescribed by the respondent Authority and if no such occupancy certificate is produced by the petitioner within such prescribed time, it is open to the respondent Nos,2 to 7 to take appropriate action, in accordance to law.
