Brief facts in this writ petition are that the petitioner claims to bc the owncr and possessor of agricultural land to an extent of Ac.0_20 gts. in 51, No.51/ 4/Lu3/ 2, situated at Malkapahad Village, Jilled Chowclergudem Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana State (hereinafter referrcd as subject property), having purchasec{ the same alzle regrstered sale clced bearing Doc No 1396 of 2023 d.ateLi 13.0g.2023 from one Sri.vislavath pancru. 5. Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to respondent No.2 to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 77.17.2024, and pass orders in a time bound period.
6. Learned Govcrnment pleader appearing for respondents submits that if the petitioner's comprai.t clatecr 11.11-2024 is still pending for considerati.n; thc respondent authorities may be directed to dispose of the same and pass appropriate orclers in accordance with Iaw.

In view of the submission made by Iearned counsel appearing on either side and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposecr of c{irecting the respondent authorities to consider the Petitioner's cornplaint clatccl 11.11.2024 and after giving fair opportunit'of hearing, shall pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiouslv as possiblc, preferably within a period of six (06) ia,eeks from the clate of receipt of copy of this order and communicatc the same to tlle petitioner
