Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, these Criminal Petitions are disposed of dispensing with the appearance of the petitioners-accused Nos.5 and 6 before the learned trial Court unless their presence is specifically required during the course of trial, subject to the condition of the petitioners-accused Nos.5 and 6 being 2 represented hy their learned counsel on every date of hearing. ln case of non-appearance of the petitioners-accuse,l Nos.5 and 6 on the specific date so fixed by the learned trial Court for appearance, Ihis Order gets vacated automatically.
