2. Heard Mr.C.R.Sukumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Finance appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4 and learned Government Pleader for Education appearing for respondent No.5 a'

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner retired from service on 30.04.2024 and till now, his retirement benefits were not released by the respondents.

4. Learned Government Pleader submits that the bills pertaining to the retirement benefits of the petitioner are already processed. However, due to dearth of funds, the amounts could not be released to the petitioner on time. Learned Government Pleader further submlts that as per seriatim of the token numbers, amounts will be released to the beneficia ries.

5. Having regard to the above submissions, this Writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to release Commutation bill amount of Rs.12,26,154l- with Token No.2513944462, dated -r_--- t t I

15.06.2024 and Rs.5,17,661/- with Token No.2513944436 (total amount of Rs.17,43,815). Gratuity amount of Rs.11,25,031/- with Token No.2513944432, dated 15.06.2024 and Rs.4,74,9691- with Token No.2513944427, dated L5.06.2024 (total amount of Rs.16,00,000/-), Encashment of Earned Leave amount of Rs.5,69,582/- with Token No.2523667503, dated 09.01.2025 and Provident Fund ZPGPF amount of Rs.17,03,2471- with Token No.2515885448, dated 26.06.2024, pertaining to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of ten (10) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
