2. Heard Sri N. Ramu, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Services-lll for the respondents. .. ,l

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though.the petitioner was retired on 31.08.2O24, till norv, his retirement benefits were not released by the respondents.

4. Learned Government Pleader submits that the bills pertaining to the retirement benefits of the petitioner are already processed, however, due to dearth of funds, the amounts could not be released to the petitioner, on time. Learned Government Pleader further submits that as per seriatim of the token numbers, amounts will be released to the beneficiaries.

5. Having regard to the above made submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to release gratuity bill amount of Rs. 14,71,5O1/- ivith STO Token No.2523023350, dated 25.10.2O24, gratuity bill amount of Rs. 1,28,499l- with STO Token No.2523O23409, dated 25.1O.2024, commutation bill 2 Pt(,., Wp-702.1 2025 a amount of Ils.18, 19,7331- u,ith STO Token No.2523023150, dated
