1. This Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the respondent No.3 in not continuing the narnes of the petitioner Nos.1 to 3 in Dharani Portal (Form I-B) and for not issuing Pattadar Pass Books in respect of their lands admeasuring to an extent of Ac.8.O1 guntas, Ac.6.O2 guntas and an extent of Ac.6.02 respectively, in Sy.No.365, situated at Vilasagar Village, Kataram Mandal, Jayashanakar-Bhupal Pally District (herein a,fter referred to subject lands). 2 Heard the learned Counsel lor the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government for Pleader for Revenue.

The learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that the father of the petitioners purchased land admeasuring to an extent of Ac.14.05 guntas in Sy.No.365, situated at Vilasagar Village, Kataram Mandal, erstwhile 2 SK,J Karimnagar District in the year, lgTO and subsequently ttre petitioners were put in possession of subject lands and they were also issued pattadar pass Books and title deeds in respect of their respective lands in the year, 1972. The petitioners have also obtained crop loan on the said lands from Primary Agricultural Cooperative Society, Kataram. Subsequently the narres of the petitioners were deleted in the revenue records. Therefore, the petitioners made representations to the respondent No.3 on r9.o2.2o19 and O4.O9.2O2O to continue their names and to issue pattadar Pass Books and a_lso to enter their narnes in Dharani Portal, but the respondents have not acted upon their representations, therefore the petitioners filed the instant writ petition.

The learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue would submit that the Dharani portal is no longer in existence and the Telangana Bhu Bharathi (Record of 3 sK,,,r Rights in Land) Act, 2O2S came into force and ROR portal is working and if the petitioners makes fresh application, the respondent-authorities will pass appropriate orders as per existing Rules in accordance with law.

In view of the submission made by both sides, without going into merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to make fresh application through the ,ROR portal, as per the existing Rules. After filing such application, the respondent_ authorities are directed to pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
