Petitioner herein rs claiming that she is the absolute owner artd possessor of Plot No'76 in Survey at Kandlakoi Village, Medchal Mandal' District on the strength of a registered Medchal-Malkajgiri Sale Deed bearing Document No' 1256 of 2OO2 dated 22.O2.2OO2. According to the petitioner' respondent Nos 2 to 4 acquired the said property for the purpose of laying Outer Ring Road in the year 2009' Even then' they have not paid compensation to the petitioner herein' Therefore ' she has submitted representations dated 04'O4'2O24 and 08'06'2024 torespondentNos.2to4witharequesttopaycompensation. Despite receiving and a'cknowledging the said representations' respondent Nos'2 to 4 did not consider the same' Aggrieved , KL,J W.P.No.7085 of 2025 by the said inaction of respondent Nos.2 to 4, petitioner filed the present vvrit petition.
3. Whereas Smt. D.Madhavi, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 4, on instructions, would submit that with regard to payment of compensation to the acquired land in respect of the very sarne Village, respondents Nos.2 to 4 filed Civil Appeal Nos.645l of 2016, 8888 of 2O15 and 6452 of 2016 before the Hon,ble Supreme Court and thc Hon'ble Supreme Court has disposed of the said appeals uide order dated 13.O9.201g. l.herefore, respondent Nos.2 to 4 could not pay compensation to the petitioner herein. However, respondent Nos.2 to 4 vvill consider the aforesaid representations and pay compensation to the petitioners herein.

In the light of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.2 to 4 to consider the representations dated 04 .O4 .2024 and 08.06.2024 and dispose of the same strictly in accordalce with law. If respondent Nos.2 to 4 are not inclined to accept i I \ To 3 KL,J W.P.No.7085 of 2O25 the request made by the petitioner for payment of compensation, they shall assign specific reasons, pass an order and communicate copy of the said order to the petitioner herein. However, they shall compiete the said exercise within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a coPY of this order. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
