Ms.No.317, General Administration (SPF-I) Department, dated 06.12.2021 and proposing to transfer the petitioner to other Zone though the petitioner had been appointed on 16.09.2023 and not completed even one year of service, is entitled to work at present place of work for 8 years as per the Transfer Guidelines issued by the 2"d respondent in Rc.No:G ITG/0731 /2024, dated 06 .O7 .2024, of criteria of the compulsory transfer as per rule 6(b) u,ho have completed B years of service and in violation of Rule 3 of G.O.Ms.No.124, dated 30.08.20 18, the 2"d respondent dislocated the petitioner from the existing place of working Zone to other zone allocation as illegal

Learned counsel for the petitioner subrnits that 2"a respondent dislocated the petitioner's Zone and allocated him to other Zone on 23.08.2024 and much earlier to that the 2".i respondent issued revised Transfer Guidelines r icle proceedings in Rc. No.G/TG/ l2O4 12024-1 , dated 13.O7.2(t24, which was not communicated to the petitioner; with instructions to the petitioner to report to the respondent No.4 immediately.

Learned counsel for the petitioner furthe r submits that the petitioner was ongoing medical conditions and his wife is working at Armoor, as such, the petitioner could not report and join the services immediately and made several -epresentations to 2"d respondent, but the sarne were not considered. He further submits that the petitioner recently submitted a representation on | 1 .O1.2025 to the 2"d resptrndent, and I prayed this Court to direct the authorities tr, consider the representation submitted by the petitioner on ll.Ol.2O2S.
5. Learned counsel for the respondents also rlicl not oppose for disposal of the petitioner's representation dated 11.O4.2025 in accordance with law
6. Having regard to the submissions made bl, the learned counsel for respective parties, this Court, with()ut expressing J any opinion on the merits of the case, direct the respondent authorities to consider the petitioner's representation, dated
11.04.2025, which was sent through Speed Post, and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period ol six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall also stand closed. SD/.
