3.2. The petitioner further avered that respondent is working as Softr,vare employcc at Hyderabad and residing with his parents at Ilvderabad, therefore, if HMOP is transferred from the Court at Peddapalli, no prejudice would be caused to him and prayed to allorv the TTCMP.
